We are open 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday Eastern Time. We close for most national holidays. We are also closed the week between Christmas and New Years Day. When you call, our phone system will let you know if we're closed.
If you are shipping something to us by mail, UPS, or freight; send us an email first and we'll tell you the best way. Don't forget to get a Return Authorization (RA) number before returning a product.
A note about credit card numbers: While a fax is secure, if you email credit card numbers they should be split between 2 emails at least 5 minutes apart. This will help assure that your credit card information is not intercepted in transit.
