We are open 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Eastern Time Monday through Friday. We close for most national holidays. . When you call, our phone system will let you know if we're closed.
If you are shipping something to us by mail, UPS, or freight; send us an email first and we'll tell you the best way. Don't forget to get a Return Authorization (RA) number before returning a product.
Ordering from DeLuxe
We accept VISA, MasterCard and Discover cards. You can also use a check or Money Order payable to "DeLxue Innovations" if you prefer. Download our In-Stock Order Form or Parts and Accessories Order Form to be sure we have what you're looking for. Call in or send the completed order form(s) along with your payment to the above address. Shipping is by UPS or the US Postal Service and our consumer shipping charge is $6.00 on anything except storage boxes. All product shipments from DeLuxe are insured. We do try to ship parts for less than $2.00 if possible.
Orders can be emailed with a check (or Money Order) to follow or you can call in credit card information after we reply to your email order. Use the subject "Product Order" if you are ordering via email. A note about credit card numbers: While a fax is secure, email is not. We prefer that you do NOT email us credit card information but if you do, credit card numbers should be split between 2 emails at least 5 minutes apart. This will help assure that your credit card information is not intercepted in transit. Never email your Security Code.
International Orders
All of the above applies plus the following: Shipping on international orders is based on actual cost. Global Priority Mail is our preferred method of shipping overseas orders. All payments for international orders must be in made US Dollars.
